Built by a shop owner and shaped by the needs of the industry, Tekmetric brings together innovation, real-world experience, and a thriving community to help shops thrive - not just survive. From running a shop, to securing payments to engaging customers, our platform simplifies operations so shop owners can focus on what really matters: delivering exceptional service, earning trust, and growing sustainably.
Officially founded in Houston in 2017, Tekmetric has grown from a single shop’s vision to the industry’s leading solution - all by staying true to our values of transparency, integrity, innovation, and a service-first mindset.
But we’re not just building shop management software. We’re building a movement. We’re empowering repair shops to rise above the daily grind, create meaningful connections with their customers, and lead the industry forward - one interaction at a time.
Come build with us. Join the journey. Shape the future of auto repair.
Working the Tekmetric Way
At Tekmetric, we’re building a culture where winning matters - not for ego, but because when our customers win, we win together.
We move fast, stay curious, and take full ownership of our results — no excuses, no finger-pointing. If you thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and view honest feedback as fuel for growth, you’ll feel right at home here.
We’re direct but respectful, ambitious yet grounded, and collaborative at every level. Everyone leads through impact and is encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and challenge assumptions (even your manager’s). This is a place for builders, not bystanders.
Success here takes focus, follow-through, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves — but if you’re driven by meaningful work and real results, it’s deeply rewarding. You’ll join a team that cares about the work, supports one another, and takes smart risks to achieve bold goals. Be yourself, stay mission-focused, and you’ll thrive. If that energizes you, we can’t wait to meet you.
At Tekmetric, great work happens anywhere, but great teams are built through intentional connection. We offer hybrid and remote work models based on your proximity to our office hubs. Because we value in-person collaboration, travel is an expected part of every role. We come together several times a year for team and company-wide offsites to align on goals and strengthen relationships. Attendance at these events is expected and fully supported.
About the Role
Tekmetric is building the operating system for the modern auto repair shop - and the Onboarding & Professional Services team is how we make that real for every new customer. As Director, Customer Success Operations, you’ll be the operational engine behind a ~70-person team and the systems they use every day.
This is a builder role. In the near term, you’ll own the work directly - running analytics, standing up enablement programs, and designing processes hands-on. Over time, you’ll hire and develop the team around you, starting with an Enablement Manager and a Data Analyst. You’ll report directly to the VP of Onboarding & Professional Services and sit at the intersection of data, tooling, and team performance.
If you love turning messy operational questions into clear answers, and you get energy from building the infrastructure that makes customer-facing teams great, this role is for you.

Builds and leads Moxie's entire customer support organization, designing tiered support structures integrating AI self-service, frontline teams, and specialist escalations.
At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we’ve grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team now supporting 700+ practices nationwide.
Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.
Senior Lead Customer Support
We’re looking for a Senior Lead Customer Support to build and own Moxie’s entire customer support organization — top to bottom. This isn’t a narrow function to inherit; it’s a full-scope build spanning our AI-powered self-service layer, a new frontline support team you’ll build from the ground up, and a clear model for how and when to leverage subject matter experts embedded across the business — all of which need to be unified under one tiered structure and one service standard.
You’ll also be stepping into a strategic ownership role: designing the escalation lattice that connects self-service → frontline support → the right internal expert, owning the department budget, and setting the multi-year vision for a support org that’s competitive with Moxie’s peers. The vision is that no Moxie practice ever has to wonder where to turn. This role exists to build a single front door — one place where any question, from any practice, gets a fast and helpful answer, and where nothing falls through the cracks.
Our objectives for the role
Own Moxie’s support organization end-to-end — from Tier 0 AI-powered self-service (administered via Intercom/Fin) to a Tier 1 frontline team you’ll develop and lead, through to subject matter experts across the business — unifying all of it under one tiered model and one service standard.
Design the escalation lattice in partnership with subject matter experts across the company: mapping what gets resolved through AI, what belongs to the core support team, and what escalates to a specialist — either automatically based on question type or after Tier 1 has already engaged. This is one of the most strategic early deliverables of the role.
Own Tier 2 SLA accountability: Tier 2 subject matter experts are embedded in their functional teams (Engineering, Implementation, etc.) but are accountable to agreed-upon SLAs for response time, resolution, and CSAT. You’ll track compliance, surface trends, and partner with functional managers to address gaps — without owning those teams directly.
Train a new Tier 1 support team against a documented playbook you build.
Own and drive Moxie’s core support metrics — CSAT, Tier 0 deflection rate, live chat response time, SLA adherence, and % of tickets resolved without reaching a PSM — establishing baselines, then ramping toward targets that are competitive with Moxie’s peers.
Build a data-backed, multi-year vision for what “excellent support” looks like at Moxie, becoming the org’s go-to authority and a “voice of the customer” partner to Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
We’re looking for:
A track record of building or turning around a customer support organization end-to-end — not just managing an existing team, but designing the operating model itself.
Experience managing AI-assisted support tooling (e.g., Intercom/Fin or similar) and a clear point of view on where automation should and shouldn’t own the resolution path.
Experience hiring, training, and managing offshore support teams, ideally including building a Tier 1 function.
Comfort operating in a dotted-line accountability model — driving SLA compliance and escalation behavior across teams you influence but don’t directly manage.
Comfort translating support performance into metrics that resonate cross-functionally (CSAT, deflection, SLA adherence, response time).
A systems-building mindset: someone who’d rather design the right operating model than patch the current one, and who can operate with full autonomy in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
Why Join Us?
This is a rare, full-scope build: an entire support organization — AI, concierge, reps, and a brand-new offshore team — yours to design and unify under one standard of excellence, not a function to inherit.
You’ll be building the single front door for all Moxie practice support — a strategic company priority with real cross-functional reach and direct visibility to senior leadership.
Real cross-functional reach and a direct, visible line to a strategic company priority: freeing PSMs to focus on strategic practice partnership instead of firefighting.
Full ownership and autonomy in an early-stage environment moving from startup to scale-up.
At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values: act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day.
We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know, we’re happy to assist.
Lead technical escalations and implementations for premium ad-tech customers while serving as the primary technical expert for the Brazilian market, troubleshooting complex integrations and writing custom solutions.
MonetizeMore is a global pioneer in ad technology, powering ad monetization for over 150,000 websites and apps globally. We combine proprietary technology with sophisticated optimization strategies to secure and maximize publisher revenue. We are a 100% remote, culture-first organization driven by four core values: Integrity, Enterprising, Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), and Collaboration. We empower our global team with absolute location autonomy and flexible global schedules. We care about the impact you deliver, not the hours you log on.
We are looking for a highly technical, customer-obsessed Lead Solution Engineer to join our global technical operations team.
This is a premier role designed for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of deep technical problem-solving and direct client consultation. While you will support our diverse, global network of premium publishers, you will also serve as the critical technical lead for our rapidly expanding Brazilian market.
You won’t be hiding behind a ticketing system; you will be the face of our technical expertise, working directly with our customers to solve their most complex technical challenges and seamlessly guide them through the adoption of our advanced ad-tech products. Because of this strategic focus, native or professional fluency in Portuguese is required, alongside excellent English communication skills to bridge the gap between our Brazilian customers and our global internal teams.
Assessment Requirement: As part of our hiring process, all applicants who pass the resume screening will be required to complete a TestDome assessment. Only candidates who successfully pass the assessment will be invited to proceed to the Culture Fit Interview.

Builds and leads Moxie's entire customer support organization across AI self-service, frontline team, and escalation to subject matter experts.
