What this role involves

At Offchain, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.

As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we’re at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We’re laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.

At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.

Why Offchain?

Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.

Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what’s possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.

  • Represent ZeroDev at hackathons, demo days, and industry events, always tying engagement back to the adoption pipeline.

  • Engage and source leads on social platforms (Twitter, Discord) to strategically position ZeroDev in relevant AA conversations.

Sales Associate Sales Engineer at InfluxData

Associate Sales Engineer who builds demos, proof-of-concept environments, and technical solutions for prospects while learning enterprise software sales alongside senior engineers.

Junior Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

InfluxData is the creator of InfluxDB, the leading time series platform used to collect, store, and analyze all time series data at any scale. Developers can query and analyze their time-stamped data in real-time to discover, interpret, and share new insights to gain a competitive edge. InfluxData is a remote-first company with a globally distributed workforce. For more information, visit www.influxdata.com.

Are you fascinated by the Internet of Things (IoT), real-time analytics, and the systems that keep factories, vehicles, energy grids and software infrastructure running? Are you a recent graduate who loves to code, learns fast, and wants to work at the intersection of engineering and customers? InfluxData is looking for an Associate Sales Engineer to join our EMEA team — someone with a love of technology and a passion for helping customers discover what’s possible.

This is an early-career role. We don’t expect you to have done this job before. We will teach you the craft of sales engineering; you bring the technical curiosity, the coding ability, and the appetite.

This is a remote position based in the UK. Unlike our senior Sales Engineers, this role does not require regular customer site visits. You will work with customers remotely and alongside senior Sales Engineers, often building solutions on a customer’s behalf — with occasional travel for team meetings, conferences and meetups.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop deep, hands-on expertise in InfluxDB and the wider InfluxData platform — including our APIs, client libraries, and integrations with tools like Telegraf, Grafana, MQTT and industrial protocols

  • Partner with senior Sales Engineers on active opportunities: building demos, proof-of-concept environments, sample integrations and scripts on behalf of prospects and customers

  • Provide responsive technical coverage across the sales team — answering product questions, running standard demos, and unblocking opportunities so senior SEs can focus on complex deals

  • Contribute to formal RFx responses and informal prospect Q&A/workshop sessions

  • Be an advocate for prospects and customers with our Engineering, Product and Support teams — relaying what you hear on the front line

  • Write content for blogs, community forums and sample-code repositories

  • Learn the mechanics of enterprise software sales (discovery, qualification, MEDDIC) from an experienced team

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related discipline — or equivalent demonstrable technical ability.

  • Comfortable writing code in at least one of Python, Go, JavaScript/Node.js or Java — enough to build working examples, integrations and small tools. Show us something you’ve built: side projects, hackathon entries, open-source contributions or coursework you’re proud of all count. If you have supporting material, please submit that as part of your application.

  • Familiarity with Linux fundamentals and the command line

  • Some exposure to working with data — SQL, NoSQL, CSVs and scripts, or data coursework

  • Excellent communication skills: you can explain a technical concept simply, to a technical or non-technical audience, in writing and in person

  • Curiosity about how businesses and physical operations work — one week you might be learning about battery telemetry, the next about network monitoring

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for figuring things out: the best people in this role treat “I don’t know yet” as the start of the fun

  • Fluent written and spoken English

Bonus points if you have

  • Tinkered with hardware, sensors or microcontrollers — Raspberry Pi, Arduino, home automation, robotics, vehicles

  • Any exposure to IoT or industrial technologies: MQTT, OPC-UA, SCADA, PLCs, telemetry

  • Used monitoring or observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus or InfluxDB itself

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or a cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Built anything with LLMs or AI developer tools

  • Spoken/written fluency in other European languages

  • If you’ve recently graduated, an internship or placement year is viewed very favourably

How you’ll grow

You will be paired with senior Sales Engineers who will mentor you on both the technical and commercial sides of the role. Expect a structured ramp: product training and certification first, then shadowing live deals, then owning your own technical engagements. The path from Associate SE leads to Sales Engineer and beyond — into senior pre-sales, solutions architecture, product or engineering, depending on where your strengths take you.

What this role involves

Business Development Representative (BDR) – B2B SaaS, Outbound Sales & Lead Generation

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote

Location: Colombia, Mexico, Brazil

Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified opportunities and build a consistent B2B sales pipeline.

This is a quota-carrying, execution-focused sales role for someone who is comfortable prospecting every day, speaking with decision-makers, qualifying inbound opportunities, and turning cold outreach into booked meetings.

You’ll own both inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting, using modern sales tools and multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Your primary objective is simple: create qualified pipeline that turns into revenue.

If you have experience as an SDR or BDR, are confident cold calling U.S.-based prospects, and enjoy working toward measurable targets, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Own

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns using:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Apollo
  • ZoomInfo
  • Email
  • Cold calling
  • LinkedIn outreach

You’ll:

  • Research target accounts and decision-makers.
  • Build high-quality prospect lists.
  • Execute personalized multi-channel outreach sequences.
  • Cold call prospective customers.
  • Write compelling cold emails and LinkedIn messages.
  • Test messaging, sequences, and outreach strategies.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects.
  • Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Inbound Lead Qualification

Respond quickly to inbound leads generated through:

  • Marketing campaigns
  • Website inquiries
  • Events
  • Other demand-generation channels

Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to understand:

  • Business needs
  • Pain points
  • Budget
  • Decision-making authority
  • Buying process
  • Timeline

Determine whether opportunities meet qualification criteria and move qualified prospects into the sales pipeline.

Discovery Calls & Meeting Booking

Conduct professional conversations with B2B prospects and decision-makers.

You’ll:

  • Ask effective discovery questions.
  • Identify business challenges and buying intent.
  • Understand prospect needs before positioning next steps.
  • Handle common objections confidently.
  • Qualify opportunities accurately.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives.
  • Provide clear handoff notes so AEs enter meetings with the right context.

CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate sales records using platforms such as:

  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot
  • Zoho CRM

Track:

  • Prospect activity
  • Calls
  • Emails
  • Qualification notes
  • Follow-ups
  • Opportunity stages
  • Meetings booked

Maintain strong CRM hygiene so the sales team has reliable visibility into pipeline activity and next steps.

Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up

Not every prospect will be ready to buy immediately.

You’ll:

  • Nurture early-stage opportunities.
  • Maintain structured follow-up cadences.
  • Re-engage prospects at the right time.
  • Track next steps and buying signals.
  • Ensure qualified prospects don’t disappear because of missed follow-ups.

Sales Collaboration & Optimization

Work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership on:

  • Pipeline reviews
  • Target account strategy
  • Qualification criteria
  • Prospect feedback
  • Objection patterns
  • Outreach messaging

Share insights from prospect conversations to help improve targeting and sales execution.

Continuously evaluate:

  • Reply rates
  • Connect rates
  • Meetings booked
  • Qualification rates
  • Lead-to-opportunity conversion
  • Pipeline generated

Use performance data to improve your outreach approach.

Required Experience & Skills

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, Inside Sales Representative, or similar B2B sales professional.

  • Proven track record of:

    • Meeting or exceeding quota
    • Booking qualified meetings
    • Generating sales pipeline
  • Hands-on outbound prospecting experience.

  • Confidence with:

    • Cold email
    • LinkedIn prospecting

    • ZoomInfo
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as:

    • Salesforce
    • HubSpot
    • Zoho CRM
  • Strong discovery and lead qualification skills.

  • Excellent spoken and written English.

  • Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based prospects and decision-makers.

  • Highly organized with strong follow-through.

  • Metrics-driven and comfortable working toward activity and pipeline targets.

  • Resilient and comfortable handling rejection.

  • Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours.

  • Based in Colombia, Mexico, or Brazil.

  • Experience working with Account Executives in a structured SDR/BDR organization.

  • Experience selling into U.S. businesses.

  • Experience prospecting senior decision-makers.

  • Familiarity with sales engagement and sequencing tools.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

You:

  • Are comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations.
  • Know how to personalize outreach without sacrificing volume.
  • Understand the difference between booking meetings and booking qualified meetings.
  • Ask thoughtful discovery questions rather than immediately pitching.
  • Follow up consistently without needing reminders.
  • Stay motivated despite rejection.
  • Think in terms of pipeline and revenue, not activity alone.
  • Keep your CRM clean and accurate.
  • Take ownership of your numbers.
  • Constantly test ways to improve your conversion rates.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Your day may include:

  • Reviewing new inbound leads and responding quickly.

  • Booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Updating CRM records and next steps.
  • Reviewing sequence performance and response rates.
  • Participating in pipeline reviews with the sales team.
  • Testing new messaging or prospecting approaches.

In short: you create qualified sales opportunities by combining disciplined prospecting, strong communication, effective qualification, and persistent follow-up.

Key Metrics for Success

  • 10–15 discovery calls per week
  • 8–12 qualified opportunities per month

  • Pipeline generated
  • Meeting quality and AE acceptance rate

As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You’ll identify decision-makers, understand business challenges, generate interest in Dynatron’s solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for our Regional Sales Managers.

Success in this role isn’t measured by the number of calls you make. It’s measured by your ability to consistently create qualified pipeline through thoughtful outreach, strong discovery skills, and disciplined execution.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives on achieving goals, embraces coaching, and wants to build a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales.

  • Managing inbound inquiries while executing outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Collaborating closely with Regional Sales Managers on territory strategy and target accounts
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and documenting prospect interactions

What You’ll Do

Generate New Business Opportunities

  • Prospect into target accounts using outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other modern sales engagement channels
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads and determine readiness for sales engagement
  • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Regional Sales Managers
  • Consistently build qualified sales pipeline that supports company revenue goals

Execute Multi-Channel Prospecting

  • Develop personalized outreach strategies that resonate with dealership decision-makers
  • Balance outbound prospecting with timely follow-up on inbound inquiries
  • Utilize sales acceleration platforms and CRM tools to execute efficient prospecting campaigns
  • Effectively overcome objections while maintaining a consultative approach

Collaborate Across Revenue Teams

  • Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers to develop territory and account strategies
  • Provide prospect feedback that helps improve marketing campaigns and messaging
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Alliances to maximize pipeline generation

Maintain Operational Excellence

  • Keep CRM and sales engagement platforms accurate and up to date
  • Track prospect activity, meeting outcomes, and pipeline progression
  • Consistently achieve activity, meeting, and pipeline generation goals
  • Stay current on Dynatron products, competitive landscape, and automotive industry trends

What You Bring

Prospecting & Business Development

  • Experience in outbound prospecting, sales development, inside sales, or business development
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with executive-level decision-makers
  • Strong qualification and discovery skills
  • Confidence handling objections and navigating challenging conversations

Communication

  • Strong active listening skills
  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused communication style

Organization & Execution

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple prospecting activities simultaneously
  • Disciplined follow-up habits and effective time management
  • Comfortable working toward measurable performance goals

Learning Agility

  • Curious and coachable with a desire to continuously improve
  • Quick learner who can absorb product knowledge and industry information
  • Comfortable learning new technology platforms and sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous SaaS sales or SDR experience
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms
  • Experience selling into automotive dealerships or related industries is a plus, but not required

  • Collaborative, team-oriented sales culture focused on coaching and continuous development
  • Remote-first work environment built on autonomy and accountability
  • Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential
  • Opportunity to help thousands of dealerships improve their business through innovative technology

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $60,000 base salary + variable compensation

Benefits Include:

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Equity participation through Dynatron’s Equity Incentive Plan
  • 401(k) with competitive company match
  • Flexible PTO policy and 11 paid holidays
  • Employer-paid disability and life insurance
  • Home office setup support
