Project Management Project Coordinator, Labor Futures at Data & Society Research Institute

Coordinates research project activities, communications, and logistics across teams, researchers, and community partners for a labor and AI research initiative.

Mid Posted about 8 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Organizational Summary

Data & Society is an independent nonprofit research organization studying the social implications of data-centric technologies and automation. We recognize that the same innovative technologies that may benefit society can also be abused to invade privacy, provide new tools of discrimination, foreclose opportunity, and harm individuals and communities. Through original research and inclusive engagement, we work to ensure that empirical evidence and respect for human dignity guide how technology is developed and governed.

About The Role

Data & Society is seeking a Project Coordinator, Labor Futures, who serves as the main point of contact between researchers, community partners, the Labor Futures team, and other Data & Society departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the Cross Sector Labor & AI Project. This role does not conduct research, produce research writing, or serve in a public‑facing communications capacity.

The Cross Sector Labor & AI project is a newly launched project that applies rigorous, qualitative empirical research to understand the impacts of AI on workers, support pro-worker policy interventions, and identify opportunities to build solidarity across labor, climate, immigrant rights, and other movements. We will conduct case studies across various sectors of work to identify common patterns in the narratives, financial incentives, and practices that can disempower workers and deepen structural inequities. Outcomes of this project will include case studies and policy documents, media engagement, community resources, public events, and other network-building activities. This project team will work in close collaboration with labor organizations, unions, and other community partners throughout the design, fieldwork, and public engagement phases of the project.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and coordinating a wide range of activities for the Labor Futures team and assisting the Program Director with moving the project from planning to publication and dissemination.  The Project Coordinator coordinates and supports the team’s multi-faceted programming, provides day-to-day administrative, operational, and logistical project support, collaborates with other Data & Society departments, and maintains relationships with researchers and external partners.  The Project Coordinator works both independently and collaboratively with members of the research team and other key members of the organization.

This position will report to the Program Director, is fully remote, and will begin in October 2026 with an end date of June 30, 2028.

The Candidate

This role is ideal for someone with a background in project coordination or community engagement and who is highly organized, detail-oriented, operationally reliable, and motivated by an interest in economic justice, technology, and democratic practice. Although this position is not an academic research role, a background in the social sciences, humanities, and/or public scholarship is highly desirable.

The Project Coordinator brings a working familiarity with research environments, including common research practices, tools, and norms, and represents the project in logistical and coordination‑focused communications with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The Project Coordinator, Labor Futures reports to the Program Director, Labor Futures, and has no people management responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

Administrative and Project Coordination

  • Liaise with researchers and community partners to schedule and manage regular meetings and check-ins, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on key project developments and touchpoints.
  • Work with the Program Director to keep researchers informed of project developments, ensure participation in relevant meetings, and support timely completion of deadlines and deliverables by coordinating regular check-ins and group meetings.
  • Support the Program Director in managing the established project budget by coordinating project‑related financial workflows in adherence with internal financial policies, including but not limited to those related to IRB, participant stipends, and approved work travel for researchers.
  • Oversee implementation of an established research budget, processing requests for funds as needed and appropriate (IRB, participation stipends, work-approved and related travel) for researchers.
  • Work with the Program Director and Senior Researcher to assist researchers with report development and publication, including adherence to mutual cross project report structure and timeline, assisting with obtaining needed resources, and connecting with other researchers in the field.
  • Maintain a bird’s eye view of the various moving parts of the project by meeting with researchers or community partners, as needed, synthesizing discussions into clear action items, and identifying potential conflicts, discrepancies, or synergies to elevate to the Program Director.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the Labor Futures team by overseeing the operational calendar, including scheduling meetings (including with individual researchers, team members and partners), preparing agendas and assembling pre-meeting materials, note taking, and maintaining and organizing shared file management systems.

Coordination across Teams and Researchers

  • Coordinate with the Communications, Strategy & Engagement, and Editorial teams to establish and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Work closely with the HR and Finance teams to coordinate onboarding processes for Contract Researchers, ensuring required documentation and other logistical steps are completed in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Finance team and Contract Researchers to support project‑related financial workflows by ensuring adherence to internal financial processes, including the timely submission of complete, accurate documentation required for payment processing by Finance.

Relationship Management and External Engagement

  • Maintain partner relationships by scheduling and preparing for meetings, fielding information requests from partners and researchers, and identifying potential issues to elevate to the Project Director in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate regular quarterly or monthly calls with partner organizations to support information sharing, project updates, and ongoing collaboration.
  • Communicate consistently with partner organizations to provide updates, event announcements and follow-up summary of notes.
  • Assist research team in maintaining a contact database of inquiries about the project from academia, civil society, and journalists.

Organizational Development

  • Contribute to the intellectual life of the organization as an active participant in internal programming: attendance at organization wide meetings, actively engage in talks, seminars or reading groups, and contributing to the development of research and engagement management practices.

Project Management Program Manager, State & Enterprise Programs at Wonderschool - a16z & Goldman

Manages complex software delivery engagements for government and enterprise clients, owning delivery plans, client relationships, and cross-team coordination across active projects.

Mid Posted about 8 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Wonderschool

Wonderschool is the operating system for child care in America. State governments and large enterprises partner with us to run child care licensing, subsidy programs, and provider and family search on our platform. We are growing fast, and every new state or enterprise win becomes a complex, high-stakes delivery engagement.

The Role

We need a Program Manager to run our state and enterprise engagements. You will own the delivery plan, the client relationship, and the coordination between our clients and our product and engineering teams, across every active project. This is a hands-on role. You will spend your time in project plans, client meetings, spreadsheets of acceptance criteria, and hard conversations about dates.

You are the person who makes sure what we promise to government and enterprise clients is what gets delivered, on time, on contract, with the paper trail to prove it.

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery plan for each engagement across all workstreams. Track milestones, UAT cycles, and acceptance against each contracted statement of work.
  • Run the client cadence on every project: weekly status, steering meetings, escalations, and working sessions with agency program staff, legal, and state IT.
  • Keep dependency registers current. Clients owe us integration specs, test environments, credentials, data feeds, and business decisions on a schedule. Hold both sides to their dates and keep the paper trail that supports excusable-delay and change-order claims.
  • Manage scope: capability traceability, acceptance criteria negotiation, change requests, and intake of new work.
  • Produce deliverables for client review and keep Wonderschool leadership ahead of risks across the whole portfolio instead of behind them.
  • Work with engineering leads on integration timelines with state systems (ERP platforms, state data hubs, SSO). You will not own technical design, but you need to follow the conversation and know when a date is slipping.
  • Build the repeatable program playbook as we add states and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management on complex software delivery. Government or regulated-industry clients strongly preferred.
  • You have managed contractual milestones, UAT-based acceptance, and formal change control, and you have the scars to show for it.
  • You write well. Status reports, meeting summaries, and acceptance criteria language will carry your name.
  • You can run a plan that depends on teams you do not manage, on both sides of the table.
  • Strongly preferred: experience with child care programs in state government (licensing, subsidy/CCAP, eligibility, or provider systems).
  • A plus: state human services or eligibility systems experience, or familiarity with state procurement.

Location and Compensation

  • Location: Remote. San Francisco preferred for in-person collaboration with the product and engineering team; open to remote candidates anywhere in the US.
  • Compensation: Market-rate base salary plus meaningful equity.
  • Benefits: Full package (health, dental, vision, 401k, flexible PTO).

Project Management Project Coordinator, Labor Futures at Data & Society Research Institute

Coordinates day-to-day operations and communications across research teams, community partners, and departments for a labor and AI research project.

Skills & Qualifications

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7 plus years’ of experience in project management, coordination, community support or closely related areas.

  • Background in the social sciences, humanities, and/or public scholarship.
  • Interest in economic justice, technology, and democratic practice.
  • Demonstrated understanding of technology and society issues.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Project Management Director of Project Management at CaptivateIQ

Director establishes and scales project management practices, owns delivery governance across the portfolio, and builds/leads a PM team.

Lead Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

CaptivateIQ is transforming the way companies plan, manage, and optimize sales performance. We started by revolutionizing incentive compensation management, and now we’re expanding our platform to solve broader sales planning challenges. Recognized by industry analysts like Forrester and G2 and backed by top-tier investors, including Sequoia, ICONIQ, Accel, and Sapphire Ventures,  we empower high-growth companies like Netflix, Figma, and Stripe with the flexibility and insights needed to drive revenue performance.

Join a talented, fast-growing team committed to solving some of the most complex and impactful problems in sales performance management.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Director of Project Management to help us evolve our Project Management practice to scale along the growing needs of the organization - to build a team of PMs who own delivery end-to-end across our full customer base, a governance system that surfaces risk before it becomes an escalation, and an operating rhythm that makes “on track” a verifiable claim rather than a status update. You’ll start by upleveling how we deliver our largest, most complex enterprise implementations, then build out how project management scales efficiently across the rest of our customer base. This is a builder role - you will establish project management as a first-class function here, not maintaining an existing one.

What You’ll Do

Own Delivery Governance Across the Full Portfolio

  • Serve as the single accountable owner for project governance across implementation segments, from our largest enterprise accounts to our highest-volume, scale-motion accounts.

  • Build and run a risk-visibility system — dashboard, thresholds, escalation triggers — that surfaces problems before they reach leadership, not after.

  • Define milestone gates for engagements at every scale, from high-touch enterprise builds to lighter-touch scale delivery, and hold the team accountable to them.

Build and Lead the PM Organization

  • Hire, develop, and manage a team of project managers and project coordinators; build a defined career path across levels and segments.

  • Own the standards this function runs on — best practices, change management, workflow documentation — and make sure they scale from our most complex accounts down to our highest-volume ones.

  • Design and build a project coordinator model to support scale delivery: milestone-based check-ins, AI-assisted monitoring, and a delivery model that can responsibly cover a high volume of concurrent projects per coordinator.

Raise the Bar on Enterprise Delivery

  • Partner with Architecture leadership to draw a clear line between system design ownership and project accountability ownership — and hold that line as the organization scales.

  • Diagnose and close the specific gaps that let complex projects run today without a single accountable owner.

Drive Operating Rhythm and Visibility

  • Run a recurring delivery forum reporting progress, risk, and change management status across segments.

  • Report delivery health, risk, and escalation trends to the VP of Technical Services and CX leadership on a defined cadence.

What You’ll Need

  • 8+ years in project or program management for software implementations, including 5+ years building or leading a PM team — not solely individual-contributor PM experience.

  • Direct experience implementing enterprise SaaS within an internal delivery team or a partner organization (systems integrator, consulting firm, or implementation partner) — deep familiarity with the operational rigor enterprise buyers expect, independent of any single product.

  • Experience designing delivery models that work at more than one scale — you’ve built or run both high-touch, complex delivery and higher-volume, lighter-touch delivery, and know how those operating models differ.

  • A demonstrated track record of building a PM function or operating system where one didn’t previously exist, or was under-resourced — not just operating inside an already-mature one.

  • Comfortable being the accountable owner of a project’s outcome without owning the technical solution — this is an operational and stakeholder-management role, not an architecture role.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with incentive compensation management (ICM) or a similarly complex, configuration-heavy enterprise software category.

  • Experience designing or scaling a project coordinator / delivery-ops model for a high-volume, lower-touch customer segment.

Benefits

  • (US-ONLY)Comprehensive Healthcare: 100% coverage for medical, dental, and vision for all FTEs, with roughly 75% coverage for dependents.
  • Flexible Time Off: Flexible vacation days plus quarterly mental health days to ensure you have the space to recharge.
  • Annual Stipends: Dedicated funds for your professional development and caretaking needs.
  • Work Anniversary Bonuses: Annual bonuses to celebrate your milestones and contributions to the CaptivateIQ team that grow as your tenure does.
  • Retirement Savings (US-Only): A 401(k) plan to help you invest in and secure your future.
  • Premium Tools: The latest Apple hardware to empower you to do your best work.
  • Inclusive Community: Active Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that celebrate shared identities and support our DEI goals by fostering an environment where diverse talent thrives.

Notice for Prospective Candidates

  • Only emails from @captivateiq.com should be trusted.

We are aware of active recruitment scams using the CaptivateIQ name, in which individuals pose as our recruiters and post fake remote job openings and make fake job offers on the Internet. Please note, we will never do the following:

  • Make an offer of employment without conducting multiple rounds of interviews face-to-face using secure video-conferencing technology.
  • Ask candidates to cash checks to buy equipment on behalf of CaptivateIQ.
  • Ask candidates to make a payment in order to be considered for a position.
  • Make early requests for candidates’ personal information such as date of birth, passport details, credit card numbers, bank details and social security number, etc.
  • Please note that we’ll only ask for more sensitive personal information in connection with background checks after an offer is made.

$250,000 - $300,000 a year

The OTE range represents the minimum and maximum for this position across North America. The OTE offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our OTE is just one component of CaptivateIQ’s competitive total rewards package.

Manages proposal development and delivery processes across global clients and business units.

What this role involves

About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.

We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world’s most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We’ve raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $11B - multiples of 11, always.

We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

  • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.

  • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

  • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

How we work

  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.

  • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.

  • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.

  • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

  • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

What we offer

  • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

  • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

  • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.

  • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.

  • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.

  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

About the role

ElevenLabs is expanding globally, and some of our largest enterprise opportunities are won through complex procurement processes. We’re building the RFP Engine to own how we compete in them — a new function at the heart of how ElevenLabs pursues its most strategic deals. As a Proposal Manager, you’ll be one of its founding members, owning strategic pursuits in your region from qualification through submission: decoding what evaluators actually want, shaping the response strategy with account teams, coordinating input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security, and driving every submission to an exceptionally high bar — on time, every time.

You’ll run pursuits through an AI-first system and help make it better with every cycle. Automation handles the mechanical work — first drafts, compliance checks, content retrieval — so your judgment goes where it matters: positioning, differentiation, and quality. When you spot work being repeated, you’ll help systematise it, turning what you learn on each bid into templates, content, and process the whole company benefits from.

We think the right person has lived complex enterprise bids and knows the difference between a compliant response and a winning one. You write and edit exceptionally well, you’re calm and decisive coordinating many contributors against a hard deadline, and you’d rather build the machine than crank the handle.

Requirements

  • A track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end, from qualification through submission, ideally at a technology company

  • A builder’s approach to AI and automation: you use AI fluently in your own work, you’ve shipped internal tooling or workflows (or partnered closely with engineers to do so), and you treat repeated manual effort as a design flaw

  • Exceptional writing and editing: you turn technical and commercial input from many contributors into clear, compliant, persuasive responses

  • Strong project management under deadline pressure — running contributors, review cycles, and sign-offs across functions and timezones without dropping quality

  • Commercial instincts: you can read scoring criteria, spot what will differentiate a response, and flag pursuits that aren’t worth the effort

Bonus: additional languages beyond English; experience with security or compliance questionnaires; a technical or pre-sales background.

Growth Potential

We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to look make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:

  • Leading regional proposals capacity as pursuit volume grows across markets

  • Specialising in bid strategy on our most strategic global pursuits

Location

We’re hiring for this role in two regions. This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere in the United States (West Coast preferred) or in EMEA. If you prefer, you can work from our growing number of offices, including in San Francisco, London, Dublin, or Warsaw.

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Today, we are home to the largest network of platforms and lifestyle brands serving the multifaceted lives of Black millennials & Gen Z through original content, video, unique experiences, and product solutions. We are always searching for new additions to our community that will help us continue to scale, contribute meaningfully to our culture, and advance our strategic direction.

Job Summary:

Blavity Inc. is looking for a Chief of Staff, AfroTech & Live Events to take our programs from idea to execution.

This is a generalist & people management seat. In a given week it might mean writing a go-to-market plan for a new program, unblocking a contractor, pulling a sponsor deliverable across the line, rebuilding a launch calendar after a date moves, and telling leadership plainly that something is off track. The person who thrives here is comfortable moving between marketing, operations, partners, and program design without waiting for a clean handoff.

This role will report directly to the SVP of Live Events.

Responsibilities:

  • Take AfroTech programs from concept to execution, including scope, timeline, owners, budget, and launch plan
  • Own the go-to-market plan for each program and event, including positioning, offer, channel mix, and launch calendar, from announcement through post-event follow-up
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of employees and contractors across content and creative operations, event and membership marketing, community, and social distribution
  • Own the master calendar across all Blavity Inc. live and virtual events and keep every workstream sequenced against it
  • Run point across teams, keeping content, sponsorship, email and growth, community, and production moving toward the same dates
  • Drive registrations, ticket sales, and Insider Member conversion for AfroTech Conference, Health Stack, and pipeline events
  • Develop ticket and offer strategy with leadership, including pricing tiers and time-bound urgency windows
  • Direct teams to ensure social distribution and awareness content across owned channels, including email, AfroTech.com, AfroTech Culture, AfroTech University, creator brand content, and Black Tech Green Money
  • Equip external partners, associations, and coalition members with assets, messaging, and clear calls to action
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure data on program and event performance are communicated after every launch, including delivery against plan, registrations, ticket sales, Insider conversion, and attendance

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • [6+ years] across go-to-market, program management, growth or event marketing, business operations, or a chief of staff role, with direct ownership of programs that had to launch on a date
  • Go-to-market experience taking a product, program, or event from plan to launch, including positioning, offer, and channel strategy
  • [3+ years] managing and developing a team, including blended teams of employees and contractors
  • A generalist track record. You have owned things outside your job description and they turned out fine
  • Experience carrying several programs or brands at once without dropping any of them
  • Working fluency in marketing performance, enough to direct campaigns, read the numbers, and know when something is not working
  • A demonstrated habit of measuring and reporting on your own work

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior chief of staff, right hand, or number two experience to a founder or senior executive
  • Experience at a media, community, culture, or creator-led brand
  • Experience with both large in-person conferences and virtual summits or training series
  • Experience with membership or subscription programs

Project Management Proposal Manager (Global) at ElevenLabs

Manages proposals and bid processes for a global AI company, coordinating cross-functional teams to win enterprise contracts.

Senior program manager owns end-to-end financial crimes compliance program strategy, roadmaps, and execution across 5+ cross-functional teams at a crypto exchange.

Senior Remote Posted 1 day ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Remote - USA

Ready to do the most impactful work of your career? At Coinbase, we are uncompromising on our mission to increase economic freedom. The bar is high, the environment is intense, and we like it that way. This isn't a place for complacency, it’s a place to be pushed past your perceived limits. If you're ready to build the future of finance alongside people who refuse to settle for "good enough," you belong here. Coinbase is a remote-first, but not remote-only company. Expect to get together quarterly for intense in-person working sessions called “surges.” learn more about working at Coinbase.

Team/Role Overview

The GFCO Programs team is the end-to-end DRI for the financial crimes compliance operations experience and automation across Coinbase's global product and entity footprint. We design, govern, and continuously improve compliance operations through AI-first principles, ensuring regulatory soundness, protecting Coinbase, and delivering a better experience for our customers.

We partner deeply with Central Compliance, Compliance Technology, Engineering & Architecture (EAA), GFCO Operations, Analytics, Workforce Management (WFM), Financial Crimes Data Intelligence (FCDI), and Legal to translate regulatory obligations and operational opportunities into scalable, durable programs across all compliance workstreams, products, and jurisdictions — including Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Screening, and Complaints.

As a GFCO Program Manager (L6), you will serve as a senior, independent program owner within GFCO Programs — owning one or more complex compliance program verticals end-to-end. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, drive alignment with Director+ stakeholders, and lead programs that span 5+ cross-functional teams, including external parties. You will act as a thought partner to GFCO leadership and be the connective tissue between Compliance Technology, EAA, Operations, WFM, and Central Compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for one or more complex GFCO compliance program areas (e.g., SAM/CAR automation, EDD volume reduction, Complaints, Operations, New Jurisdictions & Launches)
  • Develop and drive program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for long-tail, multi-constraint programs, including those with external regulatory commitments
  • Lead cross-functional delivery across 5+ XFN teams (Compliance Tech, EAA, Ops, WFM, Legal, Analytics) and drive alignment at the Director+ level
  • Translate regulatory obligations, operational gaps, and model performance signals into actionable, prioritized program strategies using an Eliminate → Optimize → Automate framework
  • Own launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and entity expansions, ensuring AML obligation mapping, tooling updates, procedural guidance, volume sizing, and training content are completed before go-live
  • Proactively identify and resolve program risks, manage competing priorities with transparent trade-off recommendations to GFCO leadership, and ensure no surprises at regulatory examinations
  • Drive WFM-vetted cost savings projections across automation and operational efficiency initiatives, and maintain accountability for reporting only confirmed actuals
  • Own intake discipline for your program area — ensuring all automation requests, tooling changes, and resource asks enter through formal intake channels with documented requirements and testing plans
  • Author and maintain high-quality strategy and decision documents (P/PSs, RAPIDs, charters) that inform Director/VP-level decision-making
  • Manage the feedback loop between automation outputs, QC findings, alert productivity data, and investigator feedback, driving continuous improvement in both the automation model and upstream alerting systems
  • Lead Code Yellow-equivalent responses within GFCO (e.g., major lookback events, regulatory deadline responses, Sev2 volume surges)

What We Look For

  • 8+ years of program or project management experience, with 3+ years in financial crimes compliance, AML, BSA/AML operations, or a related regulatory domain
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in a regulated environment with minimal guidance
  • Deep understanding of AML/CFT program operations, including SAM/TMS, EDD, Screening, and SAR filing workflows, and the technology landscape that supports them (e.g., TMS, CMS)
  • Experience navigating Known Problem / Unknown Solution environments with many constraints (critical resource gaps, external regulatory commitments)
  • Strong strategy and storytelling skills, ability to create clarity through well-crafted charters, roadmaps, and decision documents for Director+ audiences
  • Track record of driving operational efficiency and cost savings through automation programs, with rigorous measurement and WFM-validated outcomes
  • Proficiency in program management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and data tools (Looker, Snowflake, Google Sheets)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing at the Director and VP level
  • Bachelor's degree required; fields of study in Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, Law, or a related discipline preferred
  • References required (mandatory for L6+ roles)

Pay Transparency Notice: Base salary varies by location (see range below). Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).

Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus):$193,970—$228,200 USD
  • Application Limit: Candidates may submit a maximum of 3 applications within a 6-month period.
  • Equal Opportunity Employer: Coinbase is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
